Almost a year after the big Skyblock overhaul and the successful establishment of the new Island Market system, we are excited to present our first major update for Skyblock.
In addition to new gameplay content, we are expanding our Island Market with new levels and additional storage capacity for the very first time. The update also brings a variety of new resources and trading offers. For example, we are expanding on the fishing system and adding resources to the market that were already available in Skyblock, but hadn't found a place on the Island Market yet.
Jump into the grind and unlock 10 new Island Market levels! This increases the maximum level to 40. Unlock these extra levels to boost your revenue and, most importantly, expand your storage capacity. With all the new resources and offline trading, you'll definitely need the extra space to get the most out of your Island Market.

The Island Market now keeps working hard even when your island isn't loaded! As soon as you unlock the corresponding merchants at your market, trading continues automatically. The only requirement is having enough supplies in your Island Market storage. Whether you're visiting other islands, playing minigames, or enjoying a cold drink outside in the sun: your merchants will keep selling while you're offline or doing something else.
Several existing merchants and their trades have been completely overhauled and expanded. Here is an overview of some of the biggest changes:
Along with the new market levels, three additional villagers are joining your Island Market:
The Mermaid
Since the Fisherman now focuses exclusively on the extensive selection of fish, the Mermaid takes over all other underwater resources. You can turn items like Kelp, Sea Pickles, Prismarine, or Nautilus Shells into cash with her. She is also very keen on the glittering pearls that were previously only used as trade currency with the fish merchant.
The Animal Breeder
The Animal Breeder is your new buyer for everything related to your animals. He buys all products produced on your island, whether it's meat, eggs, wool, leather, or milk. You will certainly be seeing the Animal Breeder much more often at your Island Market in the future!
The Tinkerer
A rare guest at your Island Market. He requires massive amounts of technical building materials like Redstone or Copper to develop new machines. But the wait and grind are worth it: with every trade, he leaves you a valuable Machine Chest. This makes him the easiest way to get new machines without spending Rubies or buying them from other players.
The Harvester was the first machine introduced to Skyblock a while ago. We are now building on that and adding three brand-new machines to the game, designed to make your daily farming routine significantly easier:
The Forestry Machine
Place the Forestry Machine directly in front of a tree or sapling. Once the sapling grows, the machine automatically chops down the tree and gathers the wood. This makes it the ideal solution for collecting large amounts of wood in the background without having to swing an axe yourself.

The Stone Drill
Simply place the drill in front of a cobblestone generator to mine it automatically. Even if you might be faster using a pickaxe by hand, the mining machine offers an unbeatable advantage: it keeps working tirelessly while you focus on other tasks.

The Flying Machine
A true all-rounder for your farms! It reliably harvests melons, pumpkins, glow berries, bamboo, sugar cane, sweet berries, and more. Simply place the base station on your field: the Flying Machine moves in the chosen direction and harvests everything within a 3-block radius. As soon as it hits an obstacle, it automatically returns to base and unloads the resources. From there, you can easily transfer the items using hoppers or hopper ducts. This makes the Flying Machine a versatile alternative to complicated Redstone farms!

Previously, you could level up specific livestock like cows, sheep, chickens, or bees using candy. We have now expanded this system to cover all monsters and animals!
For a leveled creature, item drops are multiplied, and both experience points and health increase as their level goes up. This mechanic helps minimize the total number of monsters and animals on your island while maximizing your gains.
Livestock can still be leveled using candy. However, we have sped up this process so that you now need less time and candy, which is extremely handy, especially for beginners. Moving forward, however, you will primarily obtain leveled animals and monsters directly from spawners. Naturally spawned animals and monsters remain unchanged by this system.
You now have the chance to obtain significantly more powerful spawners. When reviving them, you can randomly draw spawners from different rarity categories:

Which spawner category you receive, how high its capacity is, and what level the spawned creatures have all depend on the number of souls used during the revival process.
To revive your spawners in the future, you will need souls in addition to experience levels. We distinguish between two types:
Peaceful Souls
Used to revive animal spawners and can only be obtained from animals upon death.
Dark Souls
Required to reactivate monster spawners and can only be obtained from monsters upon death.
The more souls you use during revival, the more levels you will need. However, your chances of receiving a Rare, Epic, or Mythic spawner increase, along with higher levels and capacity.
