Discord Server

§1 General

1. The server team may change the rules at any time without notice and with immediate effect and punish rule breaking at its own discretion.
2. No information about punishments of other users will be disclosed. Penalties may be imposed for persistent inquiries.
3. Avoiding a ban will be punished with an extension of the original ban and the exclusion of any further accounts. 

§2 Server team & support

1. The interpretation of the server rules is the responsibility of the server team.
2. The server team has full right of instruction.
3. Instructions by the server team must always be obeyed. This also applies if one considers those instructions to be wrong. In that case the instruction still must be followed, yet, a complaint can be made to a moderator.
4. In case of support, only one member of staff shall be contacted. The repeated contacting of multiple team members for the same problem is forbidden. It is also requested to state the problem directly. Please explain your problem straight without saying “Hello” or “I got a question” separately before.
5. The abuse of the support or deliberately provokingy or annoying team members is forbidden. Insults against the server team will be punished with special strictness. 

§3 Communication 

1. Insulting, racist, offensive, harassing, discriminatory, hostile, and extremist statements are strictly prohibited.
2. Spamming is forbidden.
3. The use of sound boards in public channels is forbidden. This also applies to music (bots).
4. Noise, echoes, and voice changers are forbidden.
5. Provoking other users, either verbally or written, is forbidden.
6. Threatening other users is strictly forbidden will be punished severely. 

§4 Behavior on the Discord

1. Insulting, racist, offensive, harassing, discriminatory, hostile, and extremist usernames, and avatars or similar are strictly prohibited.
2. Impersonating other users (identity theft) is forbidden. This means that it is not allowed to call yourself like someone else in order to pretend to be someone else.
3. Self-selected prefixes as well as suffixes are prohibited, especially if they pretend ranks of the server.
4. Recording talks is prohibited. Yet, the server team may allow recordings as evidence.
5. Advertisements for other serves and services is prohibited.
